Autoscroll Kindle for PC with mouse / switch / dwell click: AutoHotkey

For people who use pointing devices or switches or keyboards, this is an AutoHotkey script for automatically turning pages in Kindle for PC, 5 at a time. I set my trigger as the middle button in Point-N-Click because Kindle doesn’t use it for anything, but it can also be right click or Enter or anything your device supports. Time between page turns is in milliseconds. There’s probably a more elegant way to write it, but it works.
